About Us
NI-T Residences is a collection of design-led stays in Italy’s most iconic locations curated by architecture practice Giovannoni Tian. Each residence is rooted in local culture and crafted with intention, from iconic Italian cities to tranquil Mediterranean escapes.
Born from the desire to define a contemporary experience of hospitality aligned with the evolving lifestyle of a new generation of travelers, NI-T Residences offers a new kind of stay: a hybrid between the warmth of a private home and the sophistication of a boutique hotel. These are spaces to live, work, and experience, fluidly, and beautifully.
With a deep sense of place, every NI-T Residence invites their guests to do more than stay, it invites them to belong.
